Buying a Home?
Nothing beats personal knowledge of an area you want to live. When we first meet, the first questions I will ask is where are you wanting to live and are you familiar with the traffic patterns in that area? If you work at home, then traffic is not an issue but, if you have to drive to work, it can be a major issue every day and you don’t want this if you can avoid it. I will help you understand the density of the present and future traffic patterns and then we will know more about where a good place to live will be. School selection will be important if you have school-age kids.
Knowing the location and the children situation, we move to the “filter” for our search: city location, home prices, square footage, lot size, and other points of interest like you want a one-story or two, a master suite location, and perhaps a pool. Once we have identified the key search terms and I have begun the search, you will receive one or many reports, if there are a number of locations. Several times a day I will send you new homes as they come on the market or if a home price has changed.
If you’re considering the purchase of a new home, please reach out to us at Keller Williams Coppell so we can assist you at the highest possible level. We are more than happy to provide you with an accurate assessment of your home’s value in today’s hot real estate market. You may also request a free home buyers guide, which will help you navigate the complex real estate purchasing process.
We have a vast array of tools for keeping your home in front of the buying market that few agents can provide. The more exposure, the more buyers you can expect and the more offers will come your way. Every seller is looking to sell their home quickly and get top dollar. We can help you sell your home quickly with the least amount of hassle.
Selling a Home?
Before you list your home, we need to help you find a home to move to when you sell otherwise you are not going to have a place to live. Once past this point, we will make a complete inventory of what your home offers. Have you recently remodeled, updated the fixtures or appliances, or painted or replaced the carpet in the home? How is the drive-up appear from the street view? Looking good? I would like to walk the home with you and we can make a list of suggestions of potential items to update or refresh.
The key is to have the home looking as good or better than the competition in the area. There is a lot to getting the home ready for the market and I will walk you through all the steps. There are usually a few items that may or may not need to be updated. We can decide on an action plan for all of these.
There are a number of seller tricks I offer at Keller Williams Denton that I recommend you follow when you are ready to list your home and they can be found here

Real estate has experienced a seismic shift in a short amount of time, bringing our industry and your business into a new era. They are here.

Your sustained success and collective vision are what drives us, guides us, and gets us up every morning, now for three decades and counting. Join Keller Williams – be a part of the vision, gain a trusted partner to stand by your side, and let your business thrive.
We put our agents first at all times, which means the focus is on their name and their brand, Gary Keller explains. Our company was founded on the belief that real estate is a local business and our agent’s businesses are built on the strength of their local reputation, not the company or the brand the agent is affiliated with. This research proves, once again, that if you encourage your people to build their own business, the market will respond. We know that it’s our agent’s business that build our brand, not the other way around. Keller Williams has an agent-centric culture that emphasizes access to leading-edge education & technology and promotes an economic model that rewards associates as stakeholders and partners. Where is Coppell, TX
Coppell is a city located in the state of Texas, United States. It is situated in Dallas County and is considered a suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Coppell is approximately 16 miles (26 kilometers) northwest of downtown Dallas.
What is the History of Coppell, TX?
The history of Coppell, Texas dates back to the mid-19th century. The area was originally inhabited by Native American tribes, including the Tonkawa and Caddo peoples. In the 1830s, European settlers began to arrive in the region, and the land that would later become Coppell was initially part of Peters Colony, a land grant program for settlers in North Texas.
The first known European settler in the area was George Coppell, who arrived in 1832 and established a homestead near Grapevine Springs. He was later joined by other families, and the community became known as “Grapevine Springs” due to the nearby natural springs.
The town’s name changed to Coppell in 1890, in honor of George Coppell, who was a prominent local figure. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Coppell primarily relied on agriculture, with cotton being a major crop. The arrival of the railroad in 1888 boosted the local economy and facilitated trade and transportation.
Coppell remained a small, rural community until the 1950s when the expansion of the Dallas-Fort Worth area brought new opportunities for growth. The construction of nearby Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in the 1970s further spurred development in the region.
During the latter half of the 20th century, Coppell experienced significant population growth as more people moved to the area seeking suburban living close to the job opportunities offered by the nearby cities. The city’s proximity to major highways and its well-regarded school district also contributed to its appeal.
Today, Coppell is a thriving suburban community with a diverse population. It offers a mix of residential neighborhoods, commercial areas, parks, and recreational facilities. The city has maintained its small-town charm while providing easy access to the amenities of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
