Buying a Home?
Nothing beats personal knowledge of an area you want to live. When we first meet, the first questions I will ask is where are you wanting to live and are you familiar with the traffic patterns in that area? If you work at home, then traffic is not an issue but, if you have to drive to work, it can be a major issue every day and you don’t want this if you can avoid it. I will help you understand the density of the present and future traffic patterns and then we will know more about where a good place to live will be. School selection will be important if you have school-age kids.
Knowing the location and the children situation, we move to the “filter” for our search: city location, home prices, square footage, lot size, and other points of interest like you want a one-story or two, a master suite location, and perhaps a pool. Once we have identified the key search terms and I have begun the search, you will receive one or many reports, if there are a number of locations. Several times a day I will send you new homes as they come on the market or if a home price has changed.
If you’re considering the purchase of a new home, please reach out to us so we can assist you at the highest possible level. We are more than happy to provide you with an accurate assessment of your home’s value in today’s hot real estate market. You may also request a free home buyers guide, which will help you navigate the complex real estate purchasing process.
We have a vast array of tools for keeping your home in front of the buying market that few agents can provide. The more exposure, the more buyers you can expect and the more offers will come your way. Every seller is looking to sell their home quickly and get top dollar. We can help you sell your home quickly with the least amount of hassle
Selling a Home?
Before you list your home, we need to help you find a home to move to when you sell otherwise you are not going to have a place to live. Once past this point, we will make a complete inventory of what your home offers. Have you recently remodeled, updated the fixtures or appliances, or painted or replaced the carpet in the home? How is the drive-up appear from the street view? Looking good? I would like to walk the home with you and we can make a list of suggestions of potential items to update or refresh.
The key is to have the home looking as good or better than the competition in the area. There is a lot to getting the home ready for the market and I will walk you through all the steps. There are usually a few items that may or may not need to be updated. We can decide on an action plan for all of these.
There are a number of seller tricks that I have outlined I recommend you follow when you are ready to list your home and they can be found here.

The reason is simple, and perfectly designed to allow experienced agents to succeed and thrive. While other national real estate franchises spend tens of millions of dollars every year inundating the airwaves and print media with professionally crafted consumer advertising campaigns designed to establish their brand as the best, Keller Williams Realty has never spent a dime on national advertising to consumers, says Gary Keller, chairman and co-founder, Keller Williams Realty.
Built By Agent For Agents
Real estate has experienced a seismic shift in a short amount of time, bringing our industry and your business into a new era. As the world has both inevitably and unexpectedly accelerated its journey to the digital space, fundamental challenges – from downward pressure on commissions to new dot-com competitors – are no longer distant concerns. They are here.
At Keller Williams, boldly facing and answering these challenges on your behalf is our singular focus. Your sustained success and collective vision are what drives us, guides us, and gets us up every morning, now for three decades and counting. Join Keller Williams North Country – be a part of the vision, gain a trusted partner to stand by your side, and let your business thrive.
We put our agents first at all times, which means the focus is on their name and their brand, Gary Keller explains. Our company was founded on the belief that real estate is a local business and our agent’s businesses are built on the strength of their local reputation, not the company or the brand the agent is affiliated with. This research proves, once again, that if you encourage your people to build their own business, the market will respond. We know that it’s our agent’s business that build our brand, not the other way around. Keller Williams North County has an agent-centric culture that emphasizes access to leading-edge education & technology and promotes an economic model that rewards associates as stakeholders and partners.

Where is Southlake TX?
Southlake is a city located in the state of Texas, United States. It is a suburb of Dallas and Fort Worth and is situated primarily in Tarrant County, with a small portion extending into Denton County. Southlake is approximately 25 miles (40 kilometers) northwest of downtown Dallas and about 20 miles (32 kilometers) northeast of downtown Fort Worth.
What is the History of Celina, TX?
The history of Southlake, TX dates back to the mid-19th century. Originally inhabited by Native American tribes, the area eventually became a part of the Peters Colony, a land grant program established by the Republic of Texas in the 1840s.
In the 1840s and 1850s, European settlers began arriving in the area and establishing homesteads. The community was primarily agricultural, with farming and ranching being the main economic activities. The construction of the Cotton Belt Railroad in the late 1800s brought further growth to the region.
The name “Southlake” originated from its location south of Grapevine Lake, which was created in the early 1950s by the construction of the Grapevine Dam. The lake brought recreational opportunities and attracted visitors to the area.
Southlake remained a small, rural community for much of its history. However, with the growth of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in the latter half of the 20th century, the city experienced significant development and population growth. In the 1990s and early 2000s, Southlake became known for its upscale neighborhoods and exemplary public schools, attracting affluent residents.
The city’s development was accompanied by the establishment of various amenities and infrastructure, including the Southlake Town Square, a mixed-use development with shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Southlake also gained recognition for its successful high school sports programs, particularly in football.
Today, Southlake is known as an affluent suburb with a strong community spirit and a focus on quality of life. It is home to a diverse population and offers a range of recreational opportunities, including parks, trails, and sports facilities. The city continues to grow and thrive as a desirable place to live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
